Patient, man 66 years old. Pain in the thigh 3 weeks on a long gamma nail osteosynthesis (centromedullary nail) of the left femur 3 years ago.
Clinical Examination: The left thigh has no swelling and redness. Pain at palpation on the anterior and outer side. Negative bone examination. Radio shows a good consolidation of the diaphysary fracture of the left femur, no other abnormality (Fig. 107).
Diagnosis: Muscle pain in the left thigh, the cause?
Treatment: Massage on the muscles of the right arm for one minute The pain is completely gone.
